Sunshield Louvre System: Multiple Panels Fixed 150RHS & Vert 125RHS Operable Blades

This project not only addresses the practical concerns of UV ray protection and privacy but also aims to elevate the overall modern aesthetic of architectural design. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensures that the Waters Louvre Screens project achieves a perfect blend of privacy and elegance.

Site Considerations

Technical Detailing: Working with the design team to ensure a compliant and smooth procedure throughout the building process.

Challenges: Extreme high wind zone, sea spray corrosion zone.

Installation Areas: Ground & first level (working at heights & confined spaces).

Louvre System Specifications: Sunshield Panels over window with operable 125RHS blades.

Details: Originally designed with vertical RHS fixed blades, now upgraded to operable blades for enhanced functionality.

Motorisation: Multiple motorised units. Bays operable independently and in unison.

Framework Support: Additional support was added for the installation over a large window.

Sunshield Panels Over Extra-Large Window with Fixed 150RHS Blades:
Settings: Blades set to a desired angle for privacy.

Sunshield Panel at the End of Decking Area with Fixed 150RHS Blades:
Orientation - Blades set at 90 degrees to retain side view.
Alignment - Top and bottom level panels aligned with fixed side blades, accompanied by custom flashing for seamless integration.
